"Beauty School Massacre of 1966" is the true story of events that took place November 12,1966 at the Rose Mar Beauty School in Mesa Arizona. This play is a tribute to the victims of this crime and will be performed on the 50th anniversary of the actual events.

Glenda Carter (18) - Glenda dreams of finishing beauty school and opening up her own mobile salon business. She likes to be glamorous and has a personality similar to Dolly Partons character Truvy in "Steel Magnolia".
Bonita Sue Harris (18) - Is done with beauty school and would rather be a teacher than a stylist. She has a boisterous personality similar to Tracy Turnblad in "Hairspray"
Joyce Sellars (27) - wife and mother of two little girls. Is at the salon to pretty herself up for an over due date night with her husband. Joyce's personality is reserved with a good sense of humor and she is enjoying being around the younger ladies.
Mary Olsen (19) - is a college freshman who has a very dominant personality with an underlying kindness. She is trying to help her friend Carol find a vocation.
Carol Farmer (18) - is sort of lost in the cross roads of her life. She is waiting for her "boyfriend "to come home from his mission and is unsure what to do in the meantime. Character similar to Daryl Hannah's character Annelle in "Steel Magnolia ".
