Female Brand Ambassador for BMW Product.
We are seeking tech savvy, energetic product knowledge specialists to join our team at BMW of Towson! As a full time BMW Product Genius, you'll be promoting our brand's unique technical offerings to clients and colleagues alike. This is not a sales position and no previous automotive experience or knowledge required - we'll provide the training!
We're seeking candidates with a strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand, as well as a high affinity for technology and who enjoy going the extra mile for our clients. In this new role, you'll have the opportunity to meet fascinating people from a variety of backgrounds and to inspire people about things you are an enthusiast of. Additionally, you will receive on-going training to develop your personality and improve your knowledge about new products and features continuously.
Reports to the General Manager.
Indirectly boost sales by providing customers with the right amount of product information to give them a good insight of the BMW Products. Promote the unique technical points of BMW products and the associated client benefits.
Offer exceptional customer service through informative discussion and presentation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Keeping abreast of the latest product information to be able to inform colleagues and clients as required.
Providing customers with specification information about all BMW products.
Ensuring all dealership staff are up to date on the latest product information and that their knowledge is of a high standard.
Offering insight into BMW products to clients as part of the sales conversations with Client Advisors.
Pro-actively approaching clients in the showroom and discussing product information and facts.
Guiding clients to the Client Advisor when interest in product purchase is expressed.
Communicates openly, eloquently and in a friendly way by using different communication methods and puts people at ease.
Identifies with and acts for BMW culture, brand, lifestyle, and values.
Acts as an ambassador for BMW and is passionate about the products and perceived image.
Actively seeks product and brand information in order to offer the most up to date and accurate information to colleagues and clients.
Keeps abreast of industry and market changes.
Creates a premium client experience. Identifies and anticipates customers' expectations and needs.
Adapts quickly to unknown situations, is flexible and willing to improve skills and competencies.
