Although it is not required, a monologue that uses Shakespeare, or heightened language, is preferred.

About the show:
In the award winning modern play by Ann-Marie MacDonald, Goodnight Desdemona, Good Morning Juliet, a young English professor proposes a radical new theory - Shakespeare's greatest tragedies were meant to be comedies! She cleverly re-imagines the classic plays, discovers the truth, and makes you laugh.

We are seeking a diverse, collaborative group of performers who can play multiple characters.
This production is very much an ensemble production.
Actors with unique or special performance skills (juggling, instruments, etc.) are encouraged to audition.
Actors of diverse backgrounds are very much encouraged to audition as well.
