CASTING: SAVING BUCK (WWII Period War Short Film)
June 6, 1944: An American paratrooper wakes in the coasts of Normandy after being gunned down from the sky by the Axis force, finding himself under heavy enemy fire, until a German paramedic trooper, Damien, escorts him to safety, to eventually form a bond of friendship between enemies during a time of crisis.
CASTING FOR AMERICAN PARATROOPER:
Buck: Male. Mid-Late 20's, Caucasian.
We're looking to fill the role of James "Buck" Hunter, ideally with a Caucasian male actor, however if you feel you would fit the part particularly, please do not hesitate to contact us. Attach your acting experience/resume with a headshot picture and acting reels, if available.
This is a Student Capstone Film, thus these are non-paid parts. We will be shooting in outdoor conditions, mainly in park trails and hikes. Food will be provided, as well as transport if needed. We would begin shooting during the beginning of November.
