Victor: The cafe's owner and sole patron. When Monsieur returns from the bullfights his wish is simple to die at his own table. Obsessed with Hemingway. Victor is 50 - 60ish
Claude: Professionally devoted headwaiter and married to Mimi. Has his sights set on Antoine. Claude is 35 - 45
Gaston: Head Chef. Frustrated that all of his dishes are going to naught and lusts after Mimi. Gaston is 50ish
Antoine: Stammering waiter-in-training with journalistic aspirations. More interested in taking down Victor's life story. Early 20's
