Handsome and intelligent, he came to America when he was three years old. He's currently a college graduate & philosophy major working a menial, minimum-wage job at Harlem Office on 125th Street (a FedEx Office type of business). He's somewhat judgmental and typically annoyed by his co-workers' lack of professionalism, education, and ambition. He's struggling to attain the American dream but unsure if it actually exists. He tries to live by the rules and keep an optimistic outlook.

Works at Harlem Office as a janitor but is looking for a new career to support his wife who is now pregnant with their first child. He's friends with Xiomara but finds their relationship changing for the worse once she gets promoted and becomes his boss. He's striving for something better. Must speak Spanish.
