"A Christmas Carol: the New Musical" Looking for Singers

Auditions for "A Christmas Carol: the New Musical".
Auditions: Sunday, October 16th at 8:30 PM or Monday, October 17th at 6:30, 7:00, 7:30, 8:00 & 8:30 PM.
Principal Callbacks will be Tuesday, October 18th.
Rehearsals begin Sunday, October 23rd and are held Sundays - Thursdays 7:30-10:30 PM.
Performance dates are December 2nd - 18th with performances on Fridays at 8:00 PM, Saturdays at 2:00 & 8:00 PM, and Sundays at 2:00 PM.
School Matinee Performances on: Dec. 6th, 7th, 13th, & 14th at 10:00 AM.
ALL roles are available with the exception of the role of Ebenezer Scrooge.
Please prepare 32 bars of a musical theatre song that best shows off your vocal ability. Please bring sheet music in the appropriate key, an accompanist will be provided. Please bring a current photo to your audition or provide a headshot/ resume if available.

Bob Cratchit (Male, 30s-50s) A warm, compassionate, hardworking clerk in Scrooge's employment. Dedicated to his family, especially his young son, Tiny Tim. Cratchit maintains a kind heart, even in the face of Scrooge's mean-spiritedness. Tenor.
Fred (Male, 20s-40s) Scrooge's nephew; doubles as Young Ebenezer - Passionate, a genial man who loves Christmas. He invites Scrooge to his Christmas party each and every year, only to be refused by his grumpy uncle. Tenor.
Young Ebenezer (Male, 20s-40s) Doubles as Fred; Saving his money and running from a life of poverty, young Ebenezer is still happy and sociable and deeply in love with Belle. He is still searching for a place to call home, but has found a second family in the Fezziwigs. Tenor.
Ghost of Christmas Past (Male, Teens-30s) A curious and ambiguous apparition, full of the Christmas spirit. The first spirit to visit Scrooge, who leads Scrooge to the Christmases of his past.
Ghost of Christmas Present (Male, 20s-50s) A larger than life personality. Strong, majestic, convicting, yet sympathetic and warm hearted. Full of the Christmas Spirit. His lifespan is restricted to Christmas Day. Baritone.
Mr Fezziwig (Male, 30s-60s) The jovial merchant with whom the young Scrooge apprenticed. Fezziwig was renowned for his wonderful Christmas parties. Baritone.
Jacob Marley (Male, 30s-60s) In the living world, Ebenezer Scrooge's equally greedy partner. Marley died seven years before the narrative opens. He appears to Scrooge as a ghost condemned to wander the world bound in heavy chains. Marley hopes to save his old partner from suffering a similar fate. Baritone.
Dick Wilkins/Topper (Male, 20s-40s) Energetic and enthusiastic best friend of Young Eb & Fred respectively. A bit of a "ladies man"(Topper). Bari-Tenor.
