What is Midnight Radio?
Midnight Radio is a raucous live comedy series in the style of 1940s radio broadcasts. Whether it's a spoof of a popular story or an adaptation of a beloved classic, Midnight Radio lets you exercise your storytelling muscles and helps sharpen your character-building skills.
The rehearsal process is unbelievably fast and creatively intense, so we are searching for fearless artists who have improvisation training and great comedic timing.
Think of Midnight Radio as deconstructed storytelling, giving the audience a behind-the-scenes view into the creative process. With script in hand the Midnight Radio vocal acrobats move swiftly from one voice to another, sing commercial jingles, and create moving soundscapes (Foley) with everyday objects like hangers and paper bags.
If this sounds like something you want to be a part of then book your appointment today!
