Thanks for checking out this ad. My group, In Human Form, is seeking a live bass player. We have been a band since 2006, actively playing gigs, and have about 6 albums/ep/splits released thus far, with a new full length album to be released in a few months. I live in Marshfield, VT and write all the music, but the band jams in Lowell, MA once per month. I can teach you the songs here in VT and we can carpool to practice. We are looking for a live only player at the moment, with potential to become a studio player as well. You must have your own gear. The most important thing we want is someone willing to do 90% of the learning and practicing on their own time, so that jam is simply to tighten up the songs, and not spent going riff by riff each time. Especially since we only jam once per month, its has to be extremely productive.
I will include a link to our music when you respond, for you to see if it is a fit. The bass lines are moderately demanding, and the songs are long (15 minutes plus), so endurance is key. Thanks for reading!
