Additional Information:

I am writing a best seller: Total Penetration: A Guide to Sleeping Well During Cataclysmic Times based on the 112 Tantras (109 of which are not sexual) and my autobiographic experiences which range widely.

I've published two books so far, Understanding Abusive Families with James Garbarino, and Fatal Moments: the Tragedy of the Accidental Killer. My poetry is published monthly in The Willow.

I play the cello and fiddle and some keyboards and rhythm. I love to dance and do yoga and meditate.

I volunteer at my local elementary school and work with Humanity Unites Brilliance to change our planet into a place that works for everyone.

For 25 years I've practiced massage therapy full time. For 12 years I ran my own massage certification program through my school, the Wind Walk Institute in the Sierra Foothills and SF Bay Area. The school had an 83% success rate for students establishing themselves in private practice. I specialized in empowering my students' intuitive skills.

I built a forest retreat with my own two hands at my land in Mountain Ranch, California--it's very rustic, three small cabins and a tipi.

Recently I studied investment, real estate and internet business strategies. I'm building an EBay store, Investment Safe which specializes in great values and great returns in harmony with Earth. My first EBook will be featured there: Rescue Your Savings Now: Spiritual Ibuprofen for the Worried Mind.

I run barefoot and by so doing have kept up with the XTerra world champion (she lives in my town and used to work with me) despite rarely taking the time to work out.

I teach Walking Mountain Yoga which includes running barefoot (walking), lifting stone in circles (mountain) and stretching from trees and staffs (yoga).

I helped to build a school in Nicaragua as part of the first US Construction Brigade from NYC when I lived there in the 80's.

I've done numerous performance art pieces, most recently appearing in Trails and Vistas, the ArtWalk above Donner Lake where I played my fiddle in a tree and did a rap about being a tree sitter and the tree talking to me and the tree is my boyfriend and what would you like to know from the tree?

Other performance art was around the Lower East Side of Manhattan, at Club 57 on St. Mark's Pl.

I also performed as the personification of the clitoris in Eve Ensler's Vagina Monologues. Yay!

I've survived a fire, a shipwreck and lived on the street.

I currently play cello with Ziva! a Kirtan band featuring Emily Tessmer on vocals. My first concert happened three weeks after purchasing the cello and teaching myself--two nights earlier, at our rehearsal, I realized I needed to figure out where the notes lived!

I love, am absolutely addicted to knitting for my grandchildren with fine yarns like alpaca, buffalo, camel and cashmere.

I am an absolute genius of cooking, using love as the main ingredient.

I hope you find this information helpful! Thank you.
