An outline of the story:
I THE DIRECTOR & THE AGENT
A once successful Director wants rights to the project, but doesn't want to work with the Writer. The Director proposes to the Writer's AGENT, who is looking for more and better clients, that the Agent deliver the project to the Director and sell out her client. Sounds great to the Agent.
II THE AGENT & THE WRITER
The AGENT gets no where with the WRITER who not only is temperamental, but who is clinging to the project. She attempts to find other projects which might interest him and fails. Frustrated, she finally sends him to a PRODUCER who screwed him on the last project they worked together on, and who the Writer hates.
III THE WRITER & THE PRODUCER
The Producer apologizes for the last project and agrees to give the Writer everything he wants. She proceeds to attempt to change bit by bit the original story, characters and theme as they talk. The Writer, furious, finally throws the Producer out.
IV THE PRODUCER & THE FINANCIAL GUY
The FINANCIAL GUY loathes the PRODUCER because on their last project, when the Producer and Financial Guy got into an argument, the Producer hired two Mexicans to kill him. Nonetheless, she cajoles the Financial Guy into financing her new project, even though she knows the Writer still owns all of the Rights.
V THE FINANCIAL GUY & THE ACTRESS
The Financial Guy intends to screw the PRODUCER and gain revenge by stealing the project. The ACTRESS goes over the story and makes outrageous script changes to enhance her role. She will talk to the Writer and see if she can get her changes made.
VI THE ACTRESS & THE DIRECTOR
The Actress approaches the Director and announces she has gained all rights to the project he wants by seducing the Writer. The Director and the Actress form an alliance, dump the Writer, the Producer and the Financial Guy and are ready to make the movie themselves.
