Additional Information:

I have been an entertaining hairstylist for 30 yrs. while servicing clients with hair services, I also told funny stories and did animated impressions and danced for them while they were processing with color or perms. I also am a preschool teacher assistant who sings and dances with the children most of the day. I entertain the staff at lunch time with my crazy fun weekend stories and leave them laughing as I leave the room. I took theater and fine arts courses in my early twenties and put on a children's theater production for my final grade and received an A , I also took part in a comical ballet dance routine on stage, as well as participated backstage with choreography. After a year and a half I had to leave this program for financial and personal family reasons and needed to make steady money so I went to cosmetology school and hoped one day to return back to my real passion of entertaining in any avenue that suited my character. My dream was to be like Carol Burnett doing comical skits with some singing and dancing. I have won dance contests in my twenties and thirties in freestyle dancing, and I have nicknames from friends who call me Emilicious, and the chunky but funky dancing diva. I write beautiful poems and cards, I wrote funny skits in my younger years and performed them in front of guests. I am 50 yrs. of age but most people think I am 39 -42. I have a child like spirit and I do sound effects when I tell my eventful stories. My voice is very memorable I have been told by clients, children, friends. I do puppet shows for my classrooms and am very good at certain impersonations of characters on tv. I am kind of kooky like elaine on seinfield, and comically naughtly like betty boop"s cartoon character with a mix of bette midler's fiesty personality. I can play a funny hairstylist, an awkward librarian, a bubbly or cranky teacher, a funny nun, a crazy nanny, an out of shape exotic dancer, a pushy reporter, and a comical game show host. Whenever I host a party, I am always playing the MC and creating the questions and rules. I used to run tupperware parties, princess house parties, and mary kay parties as the demonstrator or the host and began with party game questions that were always a hit. I would love to be a part of game shows or character voice overs as well as commercial jingles at some point because I have been told that those were my strong skills.
